Glad you've found some relief. I get that having struggled with CFS. Your note about autoimmune disease, yes Judy Mikovitz traced CFS to the Hep B Jab. I had read a long time ago about Turpentine. Have never used it but certainly the info looked good. All the best going forwards.
So glad to hear You found something that helps noticeably! Just curious, have You tried adding copious amounts of cilantro (coriander leaves) to what You can eat? I know it detoxes a number of heavy metals including aluminum (aluminium). Perhaps that will help detox? Best of luck!!!!
One way to get that much cilantro is to make a pesto out of it with jalapeño pepper, almonds (or any nut you like) and olive oil. You can also use a shit ton of it in a smoothy and it's so yummy.
I just get the fresh stuff and chop it up, stems and all, and add it to My salads. About 1/3 of My salads are cilantro. And dress the salad as I feel like.
I eat lots when I can. Used to grow a lot. Perfect for those colder months. Yes, food in general is my primary approach, turps for the edges you might say. Over all it’s a combination based on ones own situation. Which these days could be anything.
I have done in the past, but not for numbness. I need to start doing it again. I have more energy than previously so can probably keep it up now (water is heavy—pitiful I know). Thank you for the reminder and kick start.
I never expected the benefit I’m getting. It’s across the board but especially with pain (and hence energy), which is much reduced. For the first time in a decade I am feeling I may recover from this.

Thanks Pam.

I love cilantro. Used to grow a lot. Agreed. Fab for pesto.
...yes pesto. I do that, it IS yum too. I use sunflower seeds, lots of garlic, lemon, salt, olive or other good oil.
Oh yeah, I forgot the garlic!! KEY piece and of course lemon or lime and salt - for sure! It's been such a long time since I've made any pesto.
ha yes, me too! I just recently made a batch after probably a year's space ... had to look up the ingredients again!
LOL - it's been MANY years since I've made any. I used to make a LOT and share it out.

Well, I do hope things do clear up. Really soon!
🥰. Thank you for sharing all that - I'm really psyched for you.
Have you tried epsom salt baths or foot baths for the numbness?
I have done in the past, but not for numbness. I need to start doing it again. I have more energy than previously so can probably keep it up now (water is heavy—pitiful I know). Thank you for the reminder and kick start.
Where is your water source?
80m deep well. No chems. Delicious.
I am so glad that you are gaining benefit - I know the feeling of looking for improvement for my own energy issues.

That is truly wonderful, I am extremely pleased to hear that.
