Sam and Mark Bailey: Controlled Opposition? Corrupted? Criminals? Liars?

Or just disgusting cowards? You decide.

Sam and Mark Bailey. Smiling assassins: are the smiles forced and faked? Who would know. Isn’t “a ctor” very close to “do ctor”.

Given it continued to perpetuate the lie that John Bevan-Smith (JBS) was the co-author of anything when, as I had explained to Sam and Mark Bailey, JBS is a plagiarist, liar, and thief, I had to conclude that Sam Bailey is also a liar and happy to benefit from the criminality of JBS. Though I didn’t view the video (some comments indicated there was nothing new or original, as usual with Sam and Mark Bailey’s work) I thought the title “The Corruption is Real and Sickening” a very appropriate description of the Baileys and JBS’s behaviour and actions.

This was reinforcement of my earlier opinion formed when Sam Bailey published this easily provable lie about Craig Hutchinson (i.e. me).

Now let’s get a timeline in place and some context first.

1. After a few months of conference calls at the start of 2021 JBS spent 3 three months living at my house as I fed him the information (along with great food), explained the science, and rewrote nearly everything he originally scratched out — because it was basically rubbish. JBS was scientifically ignorant, almost child like.

2. The agreed aim of JBS’s presence was to do what I couldn’t — write the material up so court cases could be taken against the criminals, AND a proper nationwide campaign could be initiated.²

3. JBS left my house in either June or July, when he stole all the material I had assembled for a court case and campaign and had given to him to write up. Material and text which he now (apparently, according to Sam Bailey) claims as his own copyright property. I would like to thank Sam for confirmation of this crime.³

4. JBS never undertook the agreed on and planned legal action or nationwide campaign, but instead took this stolen material to Mark Bailey. I assume this initial contact was made after JBS stole my material, but I may be wrong. I do intend to confirm this date. This stolen material has since been used to bolster egos and distract people into a narrow and controlled silo. It has not been used as intended; to confront the actual criminals.

5. I met Mark Bailey in either November or December 2021 as I came out of recording an interview with Counterspin Media and he was going in for his (they were released in reverse order).⁴
   
   One of the primary reasons for my interview was one of the Heterodoxies officials, a man called Mark ? (I’ve forgotten his surname but will add it in if I remember; maybe someone can remind me) was threatening Counterspin who had released the Heterodoxies Society Statement of Claim — intended for legal action — publicly on their Telegram channel. One of the things I did was basically tell Mark ? to go to hell. Which it appears he has. I also talked about the complete covid-19 fraud and at the same time sent a message to a couple of national politicians I know who were prominent actors in the covid-19 fraud.⁵
   
   Witnessed by several people, I talked about this with Mark Bailey. He never mentioned that he had any connection to Heterodoxies or John Bevan-Smith, or was using my stolen material. So Mark Bailey was a liar to me from the get-go (in this instance by omission).

So the Baileys had material and information sometime in 2021 (date to be confirmed) which was stolen from me which was intended for, could have and should been used in court and in the wider public domain.

Instead Heterodoxies undertook to threaten the only media outlet, Counterspin, who had publicly released the Heterodoxies Statement of Claim. It was not the final draft, just the final copy I had. Though it was not released to Counterspin by me, I would have if I hadn’t been busy trying not to die; it was released by a close friend on my request/approval. This issue was one of the primary reasons for my Counterspin interview.

I assume Heterodoxies’ threats were carried out with the knowledge and blessing of the Baileys, though I have no evidence of this. But Mark Bailey lied to me when we met and I suspect he knew all the stolen Heterodoxies material he was using originated with me.

The Baileys acknowledge covid19 is a fraud. Why have they not and are they not using their supposed platform to challenge the criminals; the NZ Government, police, health officials, politicians. The individual men and women responsible. Perhaps Sam could do a video on my email to Megan Woods MP, one of the key perpetuators of the covid fraud? Sam could say something pathetic like “Craig’s so mean” or she could agree wholeheartedly.

Maybe she could follow it up to ask why the cowardly Woods refused to respond. Perhaps Sam Bailey wont do this because the Baileys are too cowardly to respond to my emails and too cowardly to confront the actual perpetrators. A non-action would also raise the question about whether they’re controlled opposition.

Perhaps Sam Bailey will agree to a live debate on her channel. Me, John Bevan-Smith, Mark Bailey and herself. Then I could (metaphorically) tear them all new body parts in person, and call them liars to their face. That would be my preference. And people could get to meet the pathetic lying man-child John Bevan-Smith. Form their own opinions.

In fact I would drive to their house and call them out as liars if I was able to, and I knew their address (I only know they live locally). However I wouldn’t want to give them the words they deserve if there was a risk of other family members hearing, and as I have zero knowledge on this front I would rather they came to my house. If they don’t know the address (I suspect they do; it’s likely they drive past on occasion if not frequently) they will have no problem finding it if they ask around at the local small town; I’m well known. Or they could ask their corrupt lying criminal collaborator John Bevan-Smith my address.

They can just pop over anytime. I look forward to calling them liars to their face instead of this public toing and froing nonsense.

Now genuine people, when they received my email and realised I was serious, who had had previous correspondence with me, would have driven the 10 minutes to my house to question me and identify the truth for themselves. Not only did they not do that, Sam Bailey published easily provable lies about me. Sam Bailey apparently prefers attack-lies rather than rationally examined and provable truth.

Why did she and husband Mark not use the material JBS stole, which details the covid fraud down to fine detail, to challenge and confront the criminals? Why did Sam Bailey lie about me? And others. Ultimately this raises the question why did she behave as she did and does?

There are many other questions about Sam and Mark Bailey’s operation, but they will keep for later.

The Baileys and John Bevan-Smith now have the following choices among others.

1. They can sue me. I have called John Bevan-Smith a criminal; a liar, a plagiarist, a thief. I have called the Baileys liars. Who are knowingly using and benefiting from stolen material. I would not run if they chose this option. Or be silent.

2. Sam Bailey can hold a live interview with me…I will excoriate them mercilessly but that will do them some good. If they are genuine. This is a test for them — if they refuse this it will be a strong indication they are intentionally lying.⁶

3. They can attack me again using lies. Not a wise option I would suggest. Certainly wont help them.

4. There is more, but I want to keep this short.

I’m an engineer. Engineers deal in facts and aim for results. I spent a decade as an advisor to a senior New Zealand politician. Politics is serious business. Democide is more serious. Politics is (maybe I should say was, in theory; it seems things have changed) all about holding the feet of the decisionmakers, their enablers and enforcers to the hot fire of justice (metaphorical of course). Politics is not putting out cheap videos using stolen material and distracting people with information that is delivered far too late to a narrow audience. One wonders if the Baileys are serious people or just grifters?

My ultimate analysis is the Baileys are at best cowards, and worst paid controlled opposition. If they’re not actual controlled opposition (who really knows what’s in someone else’s heart) they are without a doubt fulfilling that role. So it’s either intentional or they’re just stupid.

If they continue to put out distractive videos on issues that may have been relevant in 2020/2021 but are not relevant today, that will be a big tell.

If they do not talk about the financial crimes currently being committed in New Zealand, or that have been committed in the past, that will be a big tell.⁷

If they continue to avoid confronting the New Zealand decisionmakers and enablers with the covid-19 fraud, that will be a big tell.

Ultimately. if they continue these lies and cowardice, that will be the real tell.

I was reminded the other day of an event that took place when I started my first job, over 30 years ago. The context the other day was very different, but I think the story is relevant to the events in this post, so I’ll repeat it here.

I started my first job as a graduate engineer at what was then called Tasman Pulp and Paper in Kawerau. A few months before I started a man had been killed on site by high-voltage electricity (apparently the electricity even went through his rubber soled boots, which is how he earthed). I found out about it because the official state investigation had just been completed and was reported in the local newspaper. It turned out this man, who was an electrical technician supposedly qualified to handle high voltages, had decided to take some shortcuts and was basically responsible for his own death.

That’s not the story. This is the story.

The consequences of this man’s death was management had become very strict, almost obsessive, about processes and procedures that had been designed to keep people safe — and did if correctly followed — in what was potentially a very dangerous environment. There were apprentices on site; from memory all the electrical ones were young men c17-18 years old. One of them did something very stupid, very dangerous, and potentially life threatening to him and others. I didn’t see it but I saw and heard some of the consequences.

This boy received a humiliation and dressing down in front of his colleagues which reduced him to tears. Then the boy’s boss marched him to the management office where I was, and dressed the crying boy down again while he told his boss why the boy was being expelled from site for the rest of the week. The boy was then escorted off site and accompanied home where I understand the boy’s boss explained to his mother the reasons for her son’s disgrace.

Note he wasn’t sacked.

A few days later I was at a sports event after work with colleagues, either touch-rugby or squash. The boy’s boss was there. A very large older Maori man came up to the boy’s boss, a man who looked and was very serious, a man I later found was a very respected elder who also worked on site in a different section. He was related to the boy. The man was accompanied by a woman who turned out to be the boy’s mother. I was not close enough to hear what the Maori man said as he shook the boss’s hand, but I was close enough to see the tears in the boy’s mother’s eyes as she kissed the boy’s boss on the cheek.

My point is this. The boy came back on site the next week. From what I heard he was the perfect apprentice. He completed his apprenticeship and was awarded a job as an electrician on site.

The humiliation, tears etc. had done him lots of good. Because even though he was stupid as a young man (weren’t we all),

he was genuine.

Which kept him and others safe.
